Three breweries coming together to make delicious beer. This IPA is bright and bitter, with aromas of Simcoe, El Dorado & Chinook. We went for a light, lager-like malt base and a classic West Coast yeast - a departure from our usual hazy style.

Growler plastic bottle from lowcostbeer.com. Clear gold with small white top. Aroma of mixed citrus zest, sweet floral pot pourri and gooseberry. Taste of waxy bitter lemon, orange pith, pine, floral zingy notes. Medium bodied, light zingy carbonation. Good.

Growler fill from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of pine and grapefruit. Taste is oily bitter, waxy, pithy orange and bitter lemon. Bitter finish.

Draft. Hazy golden. Malty, raisins, bitter hops, soft citrus. A bit floral with orange blossom. Medium sweet and a bit more bitter. Decent.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Gold pour with a white head. Aromas of peach, citrus, tropical fruit. Taste is peach, pink grapefruit, zesty orange, bitter lemon. Zesty hoppy linger. Nice.
