Draught@EBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel, fruits and mild notes of toffee. Flavour is pleasant caramel and fruits mixed with some slight grassyness.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Clear pale amber, minimal head. Peachy nose. Sweet and soapy with yeasty flavour. Light bodied with lifeless clean mouthfeel. Finshes with more vanilla and yeast than bitterness.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a pretty off-white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit - perhaps with a whiff of metal. Light to medium body with a little yeastiness and plenty of fruit. Very dry hop bitterness in the finish with an uderlying - but not infected - tartness. A light and quaffable brew with the yeastiness hinting at something Belgian, while the bitterness is more American in style. Sort of a hybrid session beer. 290708

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Clear light to medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy - virtually none, fair lancing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruit acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finsh feel is metallic like tinfoil. (170508)

On tap at Århus Ølfestival. Clear, golden beer with a nice, off-white head. Fruity nose with some sourish notes. Low on maltyness. Fruity, slightly metallic flavor with some maltyness and caramel. Medium body. Bitter finish, but not very bitter. In fact, I think the beer lacks a lot on bitterness and hoppy flavors considering the brewery says it’s an american pale ale. Easy to drink though, and quite refreshing. (080516)

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light metallic hop note. The flavor is sweet malty with a metallic hop notes, which also makes the finish metallic and dry.

Draught at Aarhus Festival. Creamy white fair mosrtly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter strange flavor. Brewer informed that the beer may have been heat-damaged during transport. Watery palate.

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops and flowers. Unfortunately there is a barnyard feel to it and a bit watery.
