Bottle at home. Pours a very deep clear brown colour with a medium beige head. Nice sweet aroma of leather, dried fruit, dark chocolate and lactose. More of the same in the flavours but with more roast and coffee. Soft and creamy mouth feel, and light bitterness. A light and great weizen bock. Wonderful aroma and a nice balance.

Flaske 0,33l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Ultradyprød. Høyt luftig, litt farget skum som varer. Forsiktig aroma av søt malt. Smaken er søt. Veldig søt. Bare det. Antydning til litt bitterhet i avslutninga.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 8.0%. Cloudy very dark brown colour, large tan head. Nice aroma of brown malts, bakery and banana split, a hint of cloves. The flavour is refreshing for its strength, notes of brown malts, brown bread, spices and banana, hints of chocolate, very moderate hops. The alcohol is well hidden. Good beer!

0.5l bottle @ Naboen, Bergen shared with ClubGonzo. The Bock pours a near murky dark-brown body with a small beige bubbly sidesticking head. Aroma has sweet elements of dark malts, bread, some ashy notes, sweet marzipan and some hints of licorice. It's average carbonated, has a mild oily mouthfeel and it's medium to full-bodied. Sweet and bready flavors also, lots of dark malts, also some strange notes of cloves and wheat that just as well could have been in a weiz. It ends mildly dry with just a little alco sting in the aftertaste. Yeah, I'm not the biggest bock-boy, but this one was not bad at all.
