Light. Fresh.Citrusy.
The Desert Lager is a fresh welcome of light, wheat malt and lemony notes, which allude to a subtle honey and bitter Lager. Sometimes simple is best.

On tap at Craft Stellenbosch. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Cracker malts and dry grass on the nose. Flavour has dry wheaty malts, straw, and dry grass. It's a decent lager, clean and drinkable, but also fairly uninteresting.
