Bière blanche très rafraîchissante, elle se démarque par sa belle longueur en bouche portée par le zeste de citron et la feuille de basilic. Les arômes d’agrumes sont soutenus par le houblon Cascade.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal citrico. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, limone, mandarino, basilico, mela verde e camomilla.

Bottle. Bit hazy light golden. Indeed soft lemon and basil, also quite some wheat and soft yeast, dishwashing liquid. Light sweet, lighter bitter and a light sour finish. Medium bodied. Not great, but they make worse at this brewery.
