Tasty beverage! Quite hoppy and tart, made me think I was drinking a sour IPA for a while. Then more winelike notes drop in and finally some tailing tannins. Very nice. Bitter, floral, grapey, not so apple-y.

Bottle. Clear golden, lots of bubbles. Very dry green apple, soft herbal hops, grassy, light mineral, prosecco. Very light sweet and sour, a bit more bitter. Under medium bodied, very dry. Interesting, closer to sparkling wine than cider maybe.
