500 ml unlabelled bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy orange to brown colour, big and lasting off-white head with an orangey hue. Intense and lovely aroma of mango and other tropical fruits. The flavour has a substantial sweetness with distinct fruity hops throughout, notes of oranges. Very bitter finish and aftertaste.

hand bottled sample suplied by faroeviking who got it from yngwie. thanks a lot guys for a wonderful beer. aroma is hoppy, i also sense some almonds, very IPA’ish. pours golden red, cloudy, with a large thick "belgian" looking head, flavor is very balanced, lots of hops, citurs, sour, sweetness, hint of grapefruit. this is one of the best IPA’s i ever had. you have to trek far out into the mountains to find a setting worthy of this beer.

Cask at Europen Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Lightly hazy orange/brown. Powerful perfumy orangey sweaty nose. Sweet and soft with well structured malt profile. Notes of butter and cookies, but it’s driven by shampoo-like hops with lychee and tar. Punishing megabitter finish.

Medium coarse offwhite head does not last. Hazy dark amber body. Deep citrusy mango hop aroma. Sweet intense citrusy tropical fruit taste with wooden roasty pine needle notes. Oily sharp mouthfeel. Bitter hoppy aftertaste lingers. Leaves sticky sugars on the lips. (0.1l cask taster, EBF08.)
