On tap @ Nørrebro Bryghus. Pours clear, dark amber with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is caramel and kandi, a good fruitiness as well as anise and spices. Full body with soft carbonation. flavour is caramel and toffee, with a nice mild hoppy finish.

Tap @ Nørrebro with yespr. Dark amber appearance with an off white head. Kind of tangy fruity, toasty caramel, floral aroma. Red fruity, a touch tart, toasty, grassy, earthy flavor. Not bad.

Bottle at home. Has a clear dark amber colour with a small light beige head. Sweet aromas of caramel and red berries. Some berries also present in the flavour with leather, wood and ends a bit dry. Slick mouthfeel and a light bitterness. A decent beer but unexciting flavours.

40 cl. bottle. Clear, orange-brown colour with a small, off-white head. Aroma with caramel malts, nuts, fruity hops with a subdued herbal note. Taste is light sweet and fruity. Medium body with a slick feel and soft carbonation. Nice finish with malts, a fruity note and some bitterness. Basically a pleasant beer.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass redish brown. Small head. Sweet-malty aroma. Starts mild, intense malty and quite sweet. Fine spicy. More and more fruity. Finish milder, a bit drier, fine malty. Finish a bit unbalanced. Okay.

Tap at Nørrebro. It pours deep ruby, with a thick white head. The nose is sweet raisin, currant, raspberry, nut and some spice. The taste is wood, leather, leaf, dust, raisin, chewy malt and spice, with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. There is nothing particularly wrong with, it’s just not that exciting.

Draught @ The Brewpub
Aroma is has some sweetish grain and fruity hops. Flavour has berries, some sweetish and somewhat grainy malt, hints of biscuits and vanilla. Quite straightforward and boring.
