Tap at Mcfleshmans. Rich malts, toasty Munich malt. Caramel, birch. Good.

Overall this is a pretty decent, serviceable traditional bock. Malt is slightly on the sweet side but not overly so, hint of toast and decent body. Finish follows flavors. Straightforward bock beer.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Keg at the brewery, 11/16/21. Clear amber, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, cherry, caramel. Taste is Noble hop, caramel, toffee, cherry. Slick, well balanced, lingering. Very sweet but assertive hoppiness balances it nicely. Nice beer.
