Tap at Mikkeller Viktorigade, Copenhagen. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Wheat, some fruits, malts...easy hefe. Little bit of filtered? Some kristallweizen elements.

Thanks Brad and Angela! Pretty good for an American-made bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Aromas and flavors have the characteristic clove though I don't pick up any banana. This has a little bit more bitter than traditional. Good body, carbonation and just a touch harsh finish. Still pretty good overall. Edit: just finished the bottle and there is no yeast residue. Which is the Hefe in Hefeweizen. Downgrading.

Bottle from Tavour. Pours brassy gold with a transient/fizzy white head. Aromas of clove and banana. Med body. Flavor is mostly clove and banana with some weiss support. Hefeweizen as it is traditionally IMHO. Just excellent for the style.
