DDH Hissyfit IPA is double dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Riwaka hops. The tropical fruit flavors aren’t lurking around though in this intensely aromatic brew.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt yellow to orange color with a two finger white foamy head dissipating mildly to leave some messy lace
Aroma: lots of tropical fruits which are wonderfully dry hopped and gently meshing with a nice biscuity maltiness
Flavor: combines all the prior mentioned aromas bittersweet and has a mild aftertaste of juicy tropical hops
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, semi-smooth along my tongue; finishes semi-sweet through the tropical fruits
Overall: very nicely done NEIPA more than worthy of returning to.

Murky yellow with almost no head. Nice juicy orange. Bit of hop burn and orange with a long juicy finish with some peel.

Melon and mango. Some green onion, wet grass. Sharp hop tang in the finish here. Murky yellow pour. Cloying hop tang aftertaste. Can from Churchkey advent calendar.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is green hops citrus kick and some chalk. Taste is more of the citrus upfront some peel bitterness and a chalk end.

Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 9/8/21. New brewery! Hazy orange, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruit, pale malt, pineapple. Taste is pineapple, orange, resin. Juicy, mild bitterness from the dry hop. Well done.

The aromas are a nice blend of fresh citrus hops with a little bit of resin and a hint of weed. Flavors are like nose, slightly sweet up front with overripe fruit, good carbonation and a mildly bitter finish. Decent body and good drinking beer.
