Color is overall on the red side but kind of a brownish or purplish cast to it. Aromas are as usual as raspberry beers dominated by raspberry, a little cocoa and hints of vanilla. Flavors are like nose, definitely sour but not overpowering. Good body, carbonation and finish. Would be good to cook with.
