16oz can. Unfiltered thick orange body, not quite as opaque as some of its peers. Micro-floaties. Big, frothy, steady head. Simcoe always make me think of West Coast IPA, so it has some of that with an even bigger juicy peach-mango Mosaic tone. Drinks quite juicy with a soft, true to style body. Marmalade undertones. Can has separated some, you kind of need the yeasty sediment at the end to make it full. Good.

Aromas and flavors are similar with lots of lemon and grapefruit citrus, a little more bitter than sweet with some pith and carbonation accents bitter. Good beer but with the extra bitterness not too traditional.

Sampled from the tap at First Draft Minneapolis. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with touches of grass and light onion underlying. Flavor has more of a dank citrus with onion and a light sweet grain backbone.

From a 16 oz. can. Pours a cloudy orange gold with an off white head. Aroma of citrus. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus and pine.
