Das Export ist ein wenig vollmundiger als das Helle, was es weniger süffig, aber dafür geschmacklich tiefgründiger macht. Als Sommerbier eher weniger uns sogar als Feierabendbier etwas schwer, aber zum Essen kann ich es mir sehr gut vorstellen 🥨🍟🍕

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Golden color. Soft flowery aroma with a hint of citrus. Citric, flowery flavor with a hint of vanilla. Light grassy hopbitter aftertaste. Hint of soap. Fresh, friendly and well balanced.

50cl bottle. Pours clear dark golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of tosted malt and mild spicy hops. Taste of toasted malt, some nuts, spicy hops, okay!

Aroma has butter, grainy malt, some hay and hints of corn. Flavour has grainy malt and hints of butter. Some grassy hops, hints of honey and hay in the finish. Basic helles without big flaws.

Das Bier ist trüb,de Geruch gefällt nun gar nicht, er ist stechend metallern und süß. Der Antrunk ist mittelherb, de Mittelteil leicht malzig, wenig herb und wässrig. Der Nachgeschmack ist erst nicht zu schmecken, wird dann aber doch noch leicht mit herber Note schmeckbar. Geht besser! Test vom 30.8.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,7,9,8,9,8 - 7,95

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass better, zippy, nice head. Starts spicy and strong, well balanced, modest sourish, some lemon notes. Finish still spicy, quite drinkable. I liked it!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a rough white head. Clean malty nose. Medium body with a good malt base and a little sulphur. Fairly hoppy finish. 220309

Bottle 50cl.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, bread, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090322]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden with a fully gone head. Mild citric and grassy hops aroma. Flavour is dry, bitter and mild hops citrusy. Dry and light cornish finish.
