Bottle 0,75ltr: Found at the of Burg Brouwerij and named now BrouwBock, Ermelo. Hazy brown coloured brew with an fine bitter taste and fine hints of caramel. Tap at Brouwcafe: Dark ruby coloured bock with a great caramel taste, very smoothy drinkable bock.

Brewery tap. Caramel and Buisman in the aroma. Brown sugar. Very sweet flavor with a hint of raspberry and laurel, especially in the aftertaste. Fairly weak but a decent brew.

Draught @ Het Brouwcafe, Dr. Lelykade 28, Scheveningen, Netherlands 2583 CM. [ As Brouwcafe Brouwbok ]. Clear light dark red brown color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, berry, toffee, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, burnt sugar sweet and bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
