Im satten Honiggold mit feiner Hefetrübung und frischen Perlung leuchtet das Weizenbier im Glas. Der Schaum ist weiß und cremig. Ausgeprägte Düfte von reifer Banane und Ananas umspielen die Nase. Im Antrunk entsteht ein intensives Mundgefühl, mild moussierend und mild-süß fruchtig. Am Gaumen ist eine angenehme Hopfenbittere leicht wahrnehmbar. Im Abgang hält sich ein leicht fruchtiger Eindruck.

500ml bottle, beer gift from Finn. Pours a creamy white head gradually reduced to a remaining layer. Near-clear golden body, no lacing. Spiced fruity aroma. Mid-sweet taste of ripe banana, orange and wheat. Subdued yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Crispy on the swallow. So and so (National Day Celebration, Tromsø 17.05.2014).

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 01.11.2014, from Alko, 20140228) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove and fruitiness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was very mild and short. This is a quite weak hefeweizen.

Flaske 0,5l fra Alko Muonio. Drukket på RV124 3 Jan 14. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt skinnende hvitt skum. Luftig. Varer litt men blir nesten helt borte. God sitrusaroma man smaken blir veldig søt. Ikke god. Vasken fikk brorparten.

Smell of hops, yeast. Slightly hazy amber colour, very high white head. Aroma of yeast, paper, banana, vanilla. Rather watery. Sweet.

Average weizen, hazy golden body with small fluffy head. Normal aromas of bananas and bread, somewhat subdued. First weizen in a while for me, so it brings back good memories of the style, but not great, just good.

Bottled 500ml Alko. Slightly hazy orange-yellow color, good white head. Citrus, clove and cardboard in the nose. Light to medium bodied. Quite light palate. Dryish flavor with some banana and citrus. Empty watery finish. Below par hefeweizen.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is toffee, banana, some herbs and spices as well as mild citrusy and wheaty notes. Flavour is bigtime wheat, citrus and banana along with some toffee and slightly spicy notes. Quite wellbodied Weissbier.

Bottle from Alko. BB 08/2014. Hazy golden, thick lasting white head. Banana, marshmallows and mild spicy notes in aroma. Flavor has ripe banana, wheat, mild spicyness. Thin body. Mild in flavor.

A brown yellow beer with a medium and white head. The nose of wheat and quite strong sourness, some banana-fruit esters. Taste of wheat, some fruit esters, balanced sourness, slightly musty end. Medium bodied, quite smooth carbonation. Only medium-quality hefe, sourness is more dominating than fruitness, quite boring.
