1.7 pounds of blueberries per gallon of beer were refermented in a combination of French and American oak barrels, providing tons of ripe berry aromas and a gorgeous shade of pink. The full flavor of the blueberries is complemented by the tart, dry finish.

Capped 750 from Berkeley Bowl West. Blueberry wafts from the bottle. Pours hazy/translucent sort of red berry color with a whitish head. Aroma is tart berry. Med body or so. Flavor is tart, wheat, astringent, and has a red berry flavor that seems to have a blueberry aspect. Dry. Tart/sour. Wheat is not all that intrusive. Just a bit. I'd give it 4/5 on a 0/5 tart scale. However, sensory fatigue sets in quickly so it becomes quite tolerable as well as tasty. For me it's not all that blueberry. :(

Aromas are mainly sour with the slightest hint of blueberry. Flavors are like nose with some wheat in there fairly dry and again almost no blueberry. I disappointment as generally I like the Logsdon, they do pretty good but here the hoped for blueberry is not really there.
