Phantasm (a unique brewing ingredient made from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins) transforms into tropical and citrusy aromas during fermentation. Straightforward Stone IPA, even with the orange peel and weird grape must thingie. Grapefruit pith, citrus oil, and floral undertones lead to a minor sweetness on the back end and decent bitterness. Pretty damn tasty.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a gold orange with two fingers of off white head that lingers. Bright citrus on the nose with some muscat as it warms. Sweet mikan with some bitter orange peel and tropical hops all meld together on the palate. Bitter, citrusy finish with a touch of white grape skin.
