(On tap) Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Fresh and citrusy aroma hops in the nose. Medium body with sweet caramel, some maltiness and fruit. A solid but not overpowering hop bite in the finish. 120908

Big offwhite finelaced lasting head. Amber body. Thin citric orangey hop aroma with grapefruit notes. Intense dry-sweet chalky grapefruity orangey taste with fruity malty notes. A bit fizzy. Dry-bitter citric orangey aftertaste. A bit one-dimensional. Still nice, though. (0.1l taster draft at EBF ’08.)

Draught, 5.9% at EBF08. Subtle hop aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Hoppy flavour, grassy and bitter. Rough and slightly unpleasant bitterness. Not a DIPA in my book, just an IPA.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Mild peachy fruity aroma. Flavour is nicely hopped and fruity with notes of citrus and orange. Light bitter and refreshing citrus fruity hops finish and a light bitterness. Nice and easy ipa.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet and hoppy aroma with citric and piney notes. Sweet flavour with grapefruit, pine and hoppy notes giving a nice bitter finish.

(From old notes. Tap at Pikkulintu on 2007-12-31.) Hops, I could taste hops in this beer. And then more hops. Light taste of malts appear when my mouth got bit used to hops. I would have liked the beer to have a bit heavier body. In any case, good IPA.

Draught in Pikkulintu, Helsinki- Dark golden/amber in colour. Hoppy, citric aroma with tangy grapefruit detected. The taste is bitter and hoppy but not overwhelmingly so and is very refreshing with some lovely lemon and grapefruit elements.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A copper colored beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with a sharp grassy note combined with notes of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of grapefruit as well as notes of grass, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught Clear gold-amber under a lacy white head; Dry, ultra-dry hopbales, could be either USA or UK, lupulin dust. Hopoils and it’s stiffened by them. Actually, too much hops in the taste: it gets really metallic and the MF is oily-slick from the same. It ends slightly malt-sweet all the same. Just slightly over-the-top IPA. More maltbacking could make it an I²PA, and that would benefit the beer.
