A collaboration brew with Dok Brewing Company (BE). Together we've brewed a Double Dry Hopped Farmhouse IPA with Talus, Simcoe and Amarillo. The Bright yeast together with Philly Sour gives this dry IPA a light, fresh and funky character balanced by the fruity dryhops

Rather thick-set, just off-white head over very well-carbonated, fully hazy yellow-golden beer. Fresh lemony hops, lemonbalm, lemon sweets, blossomy. Grapefruitpeel flavour, but missing freshness, feels somehow sticky, syrupy despite the CO². Bit creamy feel too,. Aftertaste has mouldy lemonpeel, and hints of wild yeasts. Difficult to book. Not an IPA, not a sour, not refreshing, neither sweet. Txs to Stef

440ml can. Slightly cloudy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Yeasty spicy, wheaty malty and floral-grassy, hoppy aroma, mild hints of mustard seed, chamomile, some pine, brine, a touch of pear, minimally waxy overtones of green apple parings (Granny Smith), some unripe kiwi fruit, white grapes. Taste is fruity, piney, and floral-grassy hoppy, yeasty spicy and wheaty malty, minimally diluted hints of mustard seed, chamomile, pear, green apple, minimally waxy hints of fruit parings, a touch of vinous fruitiness as well, white grapes, unripe kiwi fruit, subtle tartness. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Mild, well balanced, integrated, harmonious and homogeneous, complex but simultaneously monolithic - very nice!
