A special spontaneous blend of six barrels created using the Solera method. This beer is only taken from the oldest barrel, having completed its journey through three layers. Young beer is only poured into the top barrel, while the oldest barrel on the bottom will forever retain some of the very first batch.

Bottle. Funky sour aroma and taste, wooden barrel notes, ripe fruit, medium bitter, light to medium sour, light sweet. Medium to full body, funky sour fruity bitter sweet finish. Good.

0,3l from tap at Ammutson. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells fruity, stone fruits, grassy, earthy, hay, bit peppery. Very nice smell full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, grassy, earthy, light berry notes, tobacco, peppery, flowery, herbal. finishes lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, berry notes and peppery notes. Very good one
