Very good, stable white head, frothy, over veiled yellow-golden beer. Very aromatic & fruity C-hops. Citrus, exotic fruit & quite some resin. Very attractive nose. Bitter, resiny, fruity. Quite dry, almost emptying the finish, but for the hopoils. Dry. Feels awfully well-bodied for only 4.8 ABV. Good carbonation; long-lasting resins. Very good pale ale... American pale ale, I'd say. A new, and very interesting Irish brewery to me.

Cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma of citrus hop. Flavour is dry lemon, bitter juice, cookie on a tart fruit base.
