Zoe is a beautiful sour amber beer blended from one, two and five-year-old ales from our Chianti fouder solera.
Aromas of champagne, raspberries, vanilla and a touch of toffee. The palate is a balance of sweetness and tartness with flavours of raspberry-balsamic, caramel and a spicy pepper note. Medium-bodied with crisp dry finish and lingering acidity. Show Less

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad klar vätska med lågt krämigt skum. Fantastisk doft med fat, stenfrukt, mjuk bärig vinäger. Harmonisk i munnen, först frisk och och syrlig med lätt sötma sedan torrare med fat och trä i eftersmaken. Hallonkärnor, vanilj, lite toffeesötma, stenfrukt. Mycket gott
