Bottle 500ml.Clear light medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, dry grass notess. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cardborad notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111211]

Bottle: Golden, lacy white head that slowly collapses; pronounced sweet-grainy nose, a subtle fruitiness mingles with discreet woody hoppiness; bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; fruitiness returns in the grainy-hoppy finish. Unusual, but quite well drinkable Helles.....

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and slightly dusty pale malty aroma with grainy spots and notes of biscuits. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt-character with traces of biscuits and herbal and woody hoppy notes; almost dry bitter-sweet finish with a touch of herbal and woody hops. 23.XI.10
