TO BOLDLY GO WHERE NO BEER HAS GONE BEFORE…
There’s a very surreal feeling to watch something you’ve worked on for months finally come to fruition. There’s so much going on in the final moments trying to ensure it’s successful reveal it’s hard to really take the time to sit back and appreciate the scope of what’s being accomplished… That’s what’s happening now as Torchlight Brewing is finally ready to tell the world about our most recent secret project. In association with the Federation of Beer and Paramount we have collaborated to bring you an officially licensed Star Trek Beer!
Voila!
Engage! A Galaxy Class Ale is an easy drinking ale made with as much passion as we could muster to celebrate not only the Star Trek media that we are such great fans of but also the inclusivity and the progress that can be acheived through unity that Star Trek has always been a shining example of.

473ml can. Pours a clear copper with a medium, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of toasted caramel malt, raisin and leafy green hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, grapefruit, raisin and leafy green hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery to oily texture and average carbonation. Malt forward, not bad.
