Kolor ciemno brązowy , bez prześwitów. Piana ciemno brązowa, średnio pęcherzykowa, niezbyt wysoka, szybko znika z powierzchni płynu.
Aromat umiarkowanie intensywny, jest palony, prażony lekko kawowy, tytoniowy, orzechowy.
Smak umiarkowanie wytrawny z bardzo delikatnym kwaskowym finiszem. Goryczka palona, kawowa, orzechowa.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie. Tekstura szorstka, "sucha". Posmak średnio długi wytrawny z kwaskowym tłem.

Deep dark brown beer with orange highlights; small dark-cream head. Sweet, chocolate, mocha, I pralines /I, plywood. Dry coffee, pipe tobacco, again plywood; bit hazelnuts - but overyear ones. Medium bodied, bit slick. Very dry; good carbonation. Not half bad, but certainly not stellar. Txs to Stef!
