We took our Jasper recipe, a DIPA using Citra throughout the entire process, and added Nelson to accompany Citra in the dry hop.

Pours a hazy, banana-lemon, with mid-sized, fluffy, lasting head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, with some dankness. Flavor follows. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam 26th November 23. Pours an amazing looking white yellow, orange. Aroma is spice, gooseberries, musty, dank. Taste is dank, spicy Nelson, bitter, green hops, gooseberry, musty, dusty. Mentally good

Can. Cloudy yellow golden. Hmmmm massive fruit juicy, passionfruit, papaya, starfruit, lime zest, marihuana, oats, kumquat. Over medium sweet, medium bitter. Solid medium body, bit creamy. Yeah this is very tasty!
