アメリカ･シアトルのブルワリーStillwaterとのコラボレーションビール第二弾。塩麹と山椒という和の原料を使用したゴーゼスタイル。山椒の柑橘感と塩麹の塩味が効いた爽やかなコンビネーション。ドライでありながら旨味も感じる仕上がり。菜の花などの春野菜や出汁の効いた和食にも合う感じ。今回のコラボのご縁を作ってくれたMr.AQアルバートさんとStill Waterのブライアンさんが小川町で過ごした一日をGolden dayだったと話していたとのことで(嬉しい！)ビールの名前に使いました。アルバートさん、ブライアンさん、Thank you so much! Golden Dayを飲んでくれる皆さまにもビールの名前通り｢最高な一日｣の一杯でありますように！ラベルアートはデザイナーのbutter 久保元気さんにデザインしてもらいました。こちらも最高！

Nice stuff. Quite interesting mix between the usual gose sourness and saltiness and something almost a bit creamy. I’m sure it’s the same taste as some kind of tropical fruit I’ve never had. Maybe something like that An min tofu going on. Very interesting.
