今回は2019年「Chack'n Hop」のリミックス版「Pop'n Hop」。使用したホップはMosaic とSimcoe。これらのホップを使って、シトラス、ベリー、マンゴー、パッションフルーツを感じていただけるとともに、Kveik酵母を使用することで、柑橘の果皮を思わせる香りを重ねて、さらに味わい豊かに仕上げました。
In this Pop'n hop, the malt composition has been revised to balance the bitterness and maltiness for a more drinkable finish. The hops used in this Pop'n hop are Mosaic and Simcoe, which give the beer a citrus, berry, mango, and passion fruit flavor, and the use of Kveik yeast adds a layer of citrus peel-like aroma for an even richer flavor.

Tap at Molto Stand. Clear, bright gold. Big, popping hop nose, mango, citrus, light berries, crisp malt. flavor is rich and fruity, well balanced, not too sweet, not too bitter. Not too juicy. A crisp and delicious hop bomb that avoids the pitfalls of haze. Great one.
