ベースとなるのはアンバーエール。モルトのしっかりとしたスタイルのビールに使用したのは、シナモン・ナツメグ・クローブ・カルダモン。これらのスパイスを丁寧に組み合わせることで、新しい味わいを生み出しています。甘ったるさはなく、アルコール度数が5.5%と控えめなことも相まって、すっきり飲みやすい仕上がりです。
