Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Pours black with small beige head. Dark malts, chocolate, caramel, some citrus and pine hopping, a little ashy in the finish. Slick body, subtle carbonation. Its not a full on hoppy BIPA, more like a hoppier than average stout. I like it though.

Draft at the Blind Tiger, Peterborough. Off black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty and roasted coffee. Modernity bitter. full body.
