12 ounce bottle, 7/12/25. Clear dark brown, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of ginger, roast, soap, caramel. Sadly a soapy note. Taste is roast, cherry, ginger, lime, strong spice. Tart, not much barrel character. Gingerbread viibe. Meh.

Whoa, that's some serious ginger beer. Everything else aside what this is beyond everying else is a ginger pounded up your butt beer. Dont know how you could even cook with it.

Very dark reddish brown, dense creamy head. Smells heavily lime, lots of ginger, some rum. Body is light but soft, some boozyness, bit of carbonation. Taste is pretty odd, lots of lime indeed, some ginger, heavy bitterness. Only light rum. Not for me.
