Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-cloudy amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated to leave some light lace
Aroma: freshly cut grass, light lemon, some hay, light funk, floral, pear and a touch of clean caramel malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a malty sweet and dry floral vibe; finishes semi-floral with a little bit of funk and malts
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, sessionable, some smoothness with some floral hop stained assertiveness but really light
Overall: nice enough Biere De Garde as far as I know and I believe I could return to this.

16oz bottle 8 months out from canning. Floaties. Old, stale aroma. Taste is closer to the style...but with more honey. Big, bold, potentially a lot better fresh. As it is, a little cumbersome and unruly, sort of sloppy for a brewer of Allagash's pedigree.

Chardonnay, pear nose. Slightly hazy amber, thick lacy head. Pear, funk, somewhat dry. Full body, soft carbonation.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and some mild nectary tones with some yeasty tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary, mild yeasty and some toffeeish tones. Lovely.

Can 47,3 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Spicy, yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, slightly sweet fruitiness with a faint yeastiness. Could perhaps have benefitted from a little more hops for balance. 300623

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear golden, small head. Aroma of honey and hay. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded moutfheel. Fruity and bready with floral honey and spicy hay. Mid bitter finish. Laid back, if sweet. Deep.
