Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a solid, white head. Clean, malty nose with floral hops. Medium body, slightly sweet malts, a metallic whiff and sufficient bitterness. These guys should really stick to traditional styles instead of trying to do IPAs. 250923

Klares Gold im Glas, ordentliche Perlung, Schaum passt. In der Nase spritzig frisch, angenehm getreidig. Im Trunk eher erdig, Getreide, dezent bittersüß, spät nochmal ganz leicht bitter. Verhältnismäßig schwer.

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours clear gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma has a slight corn aspect. Some mild grass/spice. Med body. Flavor has a very slight corn aspect, otherwise bready, light grass/spice hop. Seems dry. Lightly bitter. Ok drink.

Couleur dorée claire, col épais blanc.
Arôme est léger, délicat et classique- reste dans un style Munichois avec un usage de houblons de la région. Arôme finement épicé, fleuri et pointe terreuse en retrait.

Palais est centré sur une approche full pils avec un côté malté/grains concassés sympa - fine amertume par l'ajout de houblons nobles Hallertauer avec une légère présence herbacée, épicée. Petite note d'amertume en fin de bouche et sécheresse du malt.

Pour is a uber clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is sweet grainy malt with a little sulfur. Flavor is is more sweet grain and minerals with a small wet paper bag thing going on. The bottle says this brewery just started in 2010 so in the German brewing world this brewery is still in its infancy. Still this is just an ok helles.

Bottle. Golden bere with an off-white head. Hay and light grain aroma. Sweet malt and light mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Sweet malt lingers.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, thick, firm, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, snow white head. Grassy hoppy and pale malty aroma. Taste is minimally sweet, pale malty, mildly grassy hoppy, minimally fruity hoppy, a touch of green and yellow apple. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Harmonious, balanced, simple - nice.
