From bottle at Constellation, Budapest, 02.05.26. Cloudy dark straw colour. Head is diminishing to nothing. Strong aroma and acid taste of wild yeast. Only a small hint of black currants, and only in aroma. It is overpowered by the wild fermentation. Still good and complex. Astringent and acid mouthfeel.

Fab stuff. A lot of cherry too. Tart but not overly acidic. A bit of yum, a hint of lecker, faint whisper of mmm.

Cloudy, Amber color and a white head. Tart nose, citric, black currant nose. Taste Is sour, drIng, black currant and DARK cherries,. Woody and astringend. Nice.

Smooth sour back. The black currants are there, very fruity sour. Not too deep sourness, refreshing with a hint of intense sourness. Clear deep golden beer, no head. Aroma of tart blackcurrants, apples, grapes. Taste of sour apples, blackcurrant, grapes, dry tart finish.
