Ein wunderbar stimmiges Landbier, würzig, sehr malzig, dezente Röstmalzaromen, voller Körper bei moderatem Alkohol, weder ganz trocken noch süß, elegante Hopfenbittere, wunderschöne stabile Schaumkrone.

Bottle at home, dark reddish brown beer, small head. Aroma is caramel, malt, sweet, fruit, raisins. Taste is the same, sweet, fruit, raisins, malt, light bitter, not bad.

Bottle Fromm Erzengel - Cheers! 🍻. Foamy off white head left a good sized froth on a reddish brown still body. Malt, tea & raisin aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a sparkling back g clean aft. Sweet tasting with malt, tea, berries, spices & jam. Tastes like a good English Ale - very nice.

31-12-19 // 330ml bottle thanks to erzengel. Saarland Landbier Battle. Clear golden. Less than the Bruch. Good white head. Export style. With „hallertauer aroma hops“ yeah but not prese nt at all. This feels more plörrig than the Bruch which uses hop extract.

Bottle from MiP. Amber color. Bready, just a bit vinous aroma. malty, bready flavor with raisin and somewhat earthy hops. Vinous flavors, lingering on in the aftertaste. Sweetish landbier, quite drinkable but not spectacular.

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear amber in the glass, nearly a two finger frothy head. Smells malty, little bit toasted. Taste is malty, low but present roasted. Smooth palate. Low dry grainy bitterness in the aftertaste. Okay.
