Bottle pour at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, and gentle tannins. Flavour is lightly sweet, with some gentle toffee apples, light tannins, and crisp apple skins. A little too sweet and lacking complexity but well-made.
