Bottle pour at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, and gentle tannins. Flavour is lightly sweet, with some gentle toffee apples, light tannins, and crisp apple skins. A little too sweet and lacking complexity but well-made.

Fabulous. A still apple wine, which is considered a sort of cider. Really unique, absolutely bursting with flavor. Made with many different kinds of apples.
