[9/27/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Can at 1000fryd in Aalborg. Clear amber color with a kinda creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, light maltiness and a bit of vegetal notes. Sweetish flavor with a bit of malt, caramel and a tiny bit drier finish. Pretty watery. Nothing really offensive, but pretty bland.

From tap at Restaurant Sælhunden, Ribe. Amber colour with a medium white head. Malty, caramel aroma and a medium sweet taste from the caramel. Light body and a shortlived, bitter finish. Straightforward, refreshing beer, but nothing special.

Medium offwhite head. Clear brown body with light carbonation. Light grainy strawy aroma with faint caramel and vinegar notes. Dry-sweetish grainy buttery caramel taste with watery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dryish caramelly aftertaste with watery notes. Very bland, but no actual off tastes. (0.6l draft at Klubben, Copenhagen.)
