This is a sour ale is kettle soured with lactobaccilus... expect some sharpness in the taste. After a normal beer fermentation, we then add mango, mint and vanilla.
This beer is slightly cloudy, intense in mango flavour and aroma and has a distinct sourness. You may also find some of those bready tones from a wheat beer.
