Bottle. Honeyish malt, fairly fruity, aromatic hops. Golden, pearls on a string, creamy layer. Dry, yet chewy body, falls into a pit in the middle but gets rescued by a good hop profile - dry grassy, fruity and aromatic notes.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a nice, white head. Clean, malty aroma. Medium body, malty with an edge of metal and cardboard. The finish is dry. 280507

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin fast disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of malt - I find it somewhat boring. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and light notes of fresh cut grass, leading to a slightly bitter end.

Bottle: Golden coloured, bigger fluffy lacing head, quite stable; faint sweet-malty nose with bitter edges; light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; sweetish-malty finish with a late, mild bitterness. A decent Pilsener, nothing spectacular, but better than the usual "Sauerland" stuff....

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a lacey medium fluffy white head. Decent Pilsener beer from eastern Westphalia. Grassy hoppy nose with a touch of citrus and wet straw. Medium bitter flavour, medium body. Malty start with a mild bitterhoppy finish. Definitely not a world shaking brew but solid enough to quench ones thirst. Many thanks to my friend “Heinrich von Warburg” for this sample from his hometown.
