Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is softly spicy saison yeast with fruits, orange, hibiscus, pale malt, stone fruits, some spicy notes. Flavour is mildly tart with a little sweetness. Body is medium. I like 'em a bit more tart, that being said this is a very fine spicy and fruity Saison.

Fast gone head over veiled orange beer. Lactic acid, hibiscus (quite obvious). Rosepetals and indeed sweet citrusaromas. Tart, dried citrus. Orangepeel, bit floral. There's again hibiscus/hibiscustea but much less identifyable than from the nose. Light body. Retronasal the main aromas, if diminished, return. Quite well-carbonated, and a bit burning MF. Quite decent - nothing more.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of tart hibiscus supported by light fruits, orange peel and a bit of a flora ester note. Flavor has sour hibiscus and tart orange peel with a good amount of flora in the finish.

Draft. A hazy red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hibiscus, fruit, spices, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of hibiscus, fruits, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.
