Everyone likes coconut, right? This stout boasts the biggest dose we've ever added to a beer - by double! Over 400lbs of raw and toasted coconut were infused into the beer over a two-week period, giving the beer a silky texture and big coconut flavor.

This stout was brewed as a special release for our 2023 member party.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Black with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and extreme coconut. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Very sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 040523

Tap. Black color with off-white head. Aroma is big coconut, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla. Taste is coconut, bounty, caramel, vanilla, sweet but great nut balance too. Thicc mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Excellent stuff!

Poured from 500mL bottle (MBCC gold walk share). Near black with minimal beige head. Super coconut forward, mild chocolate malt. Reminds me of some of the Structures releases.
