Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, spicy and a little fruity aroma of caramel, honey, clove and hints of peach. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of caramel, honey, lots of clove and hints of peach, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, very yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, a bit creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Not really great.

Pours a hazy yellow colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, hops and alcohol.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours light hazy golden brown with small off white head. Aroma of toffee, raisins, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy orange golden color with medium creamy white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of yeast, cheese, citrus and flowers. Taste starts with light sweet and sour yeasty and grainy, follows mild fruity and alcoholic with mild spicy mouthfeel and light herbal hoppy finish. Medium body, dryish texture and lively natural carbonation in palate. Solid tripel, although many better brews exist...

Barcelona - Real Madrid Király kupa döntő 0-1; valahol mélyen Den Brug sötét éjszakájában. Ittam volna inkább egy jó kis amstelt és akkor talán a barca is nyert volna.

wazig orange/amber met schuimige witte kraag, er zweemt aardig wat in het glas. aroma is moutig, gistig, citrus en licht fruitig, smaken zijn matig zoet, redelijk bitter, caramel. zwakke body, dun, en de smaken vallen mij erg tegen, het is eigenlijk niet zo’n bijzonder bier in vergelijking met de andere Texelse bieren.

Proeflokaal Arendsnest, Amsterdam tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is spicy and slightly fruity. Slight alcohol burn. Mixes well with the hop bitterness. Very slightly sweet. Spicy and dry.
