Cloudy orange brown colour, thin white foamy head, disappears rather quick, thin rim remains with abit of lacing. Sweetsour nose, fruity, syrup, develops into more sweet aroma, caramel, citrus, ginger. Taste begins medium sweet followed biy hoppy bitterness with sour fruity tones. Medium body, bit sharp mouthfeel. dry bitter finish with a lingering sourness. Mixed feeling about this beer, seems not completely balanced, but nice.

Bottle at The Fiddler, Den Haag. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty with a little acidic citrus fruit. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with lots of alcohol liqourice and yeast on the surprisingly smooth palate. A super Dutch Tripel. One of the best in fact that has a high ABV where the alcohol doesn’t dominate.

Cloudy amber beer, little white head. Softish palate, semi dry. Creamy malt, rich and flavoursome with a little caramel - but not too sweet. Whisper of citrus. Finishes semi dry with a little hop bitterness. Very nice smooth tripel.

300ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with small to average frothy white head. Fruity, wheaty and yeasty aroma, a touch of alcohol. Taste is amply sweet fruity, some green apple. Not really an overwhelming experience.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks Rotem. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fruit esters, yeast and light spiciness. Sweetish flavor, yeasty and spicy, with some fruits and alcohol. Medium-bodied.
