Aroma sour, basement, lemon, floral notes, lactose. Mild taste, medium sweet and sour, slightly bitter, light lemon, traces of honey, lactose, medicinal notes (also retronasal), spicy touch. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweet, sourish and light bitter aftertaste, floral notes, well-balanced, easy to drink, refreshing, an original and very nice brew.
