Loup et Renard Saison

This Spelt Saison was brewed with our friends at 3 Sons Brewery. We used a combination of imported Pilsner and malted spelt, alongside Styrian Wolf and Styrian Fox hops. Primary fermentation was in stainless steel with a classic Belgian Farmhouse yeast, and the beer was lightly dry hopped with more Styrian Wolf and Styrian Fox hops before aging in our French oak puncheons with our mixed culture for one year. This beer delivers classic Saison aromatics of overripe tropical fruit and phenolic spice, while our mixed culture presents our signature Odd Breed funk with refreshing acidity and a dry finish.
