TCBW2025. Red colour with a small pink foamy head. Aroma is tart berries, some wood, mild red wne like tones with some slight earthy tones. Flavour is tart berries, some tannines, mild wood and some slight nutty elements.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy dark reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty dry red grape skins, gentle funk and a touch of elderberries. Flavour is acidic as hell, with bone dry grape must, light oak, and red berries. Bone dry and acidic finish. Too acidic.
