A murky purple colour, very thick. Aroma of tart beetroot, red fruits, mild sourness. Taste of tart red berries, blackcurrant, beetroot, very thick mouthfeel.

Tap @ Peders. Muddy red brown without head. It might very well be the ugliest beer I have ever had. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. Thick and sticky. 040523
