Bottle, shared at tasting on midsummer 2024. Poured clear and light golden in color. Soury aroma, light woody, refreshing, green apples. Interesting.

Lys gul klar med hvitt skum. .Lukter epler, noe svovel og gjær. Fruktig, surbitter smak. Smaker sursyrlige epler, svovel og noe stikkelsbær. Middels lang.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a slightly hazy golden with some floaties and a small, rough, white head. Funky, Bretty nose with sour apples. Medium body, slightly sweet noble rot, but quickly dries out and becomes funky tart - again noble rot. Low carbonation. Lovely. 181223

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is apples, some mild tart and funk tones with a bit of wood. Flavour is green apples with some tartness and a bit mineral with a bit of dry wooden tones.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Almost clear golden, small head. Tart funky nose with apple rings and barnyard. Slender bodied with clean, crisp mouthfeel. Citric apple rings, funky hay and wood. Mid bitter finish.
