Bottle pour, taster @Phantom Spirits, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023. [#6.198 Global - #102 Italy - #1 Ritual LAB: Brewing & Growing (My Italian Brewery #48)] Pours jet black with a beige and lacing head. Aroma: bourbon barrels, molasses, liquorice and chocolate malts. Taste: syrup, bourbon barrels, liquorice and mild roasted malts. Getting some rum and lot of barrels. Next one please!

A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of strong liquorice, dark malt, caramel, melasse. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, caramel, liquorice, some rum flavour from the barrel.

Bottle @ Phantom Spirits. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and rum. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 040523

Bottle. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, rum, wood, pretty intense, some booze noticeable too. Taste is chocolate, rum, a bit boozy, warming finish. Silky mouthfeel, high but soft carbonation. Mild tannins in the back, mild booze burn too. Good one!
